Data we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking: first and last name, email address, phone number, optional message, stay dates and number of guests.

When you pay: card details are processed directly by our provider Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Emails exchanged with you regarding your stay.

Purposes and legal bases

To handle your requests and bookings, collect the deposit and balance, and communicate with you before and during your stay — legal basis: performance of the contract.

To meet our legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.

To measure website audience in order to improve it — legal basis: your consent.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary: Stripe (secure payment), Resend (confirmation emails) and our host Hetzner.

Retention

Booking data: for the duration of our relationship, then kept for accounting obligations (up to 10 years). Requests without follow-up: up to 3 years.

Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require your consent.

It also offers audience measurement (number of visits, pages viewed) which is only enabled with your consent, collected via the banner on your first visit. You can decline without affecting your browsing, and change your choice at any time.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Stripe, Resend) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
