Cancellation policy

“Firm” policy: full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (when check-in is more than 30 days away): full refund.
Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%, taxes included).
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund (taxes included).
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: non-refundable (only the tourist tax is refunded pro rata).
Security deposit: a card hold (pre-authorisation, no charge) is placed on the card used for the booking the day before arrival and automatically released after departure. It is only charged, in whole or in part, if damage is found, and you are informed.
