Cancellation policy

“Firm” policy: full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (when check-in is more than 30 days away): full refund.
Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%, taxes included).
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund (taxes included).
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: non-refundable (only the tourist tax is refunded pro rata).
